This is a placeholder. Final Terms of Service are pending legal review and will be published in Phase B9 of the commerce rollout. By signing up today you accept these placeholder terms as a binding contract until the final version supersedes them.

1. Service

pChisel is an AI-assisted development platform operated by Adam Harnden. The service provides browser-based development environments, AI integrations, and supporting infrastructure.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and accept these terms to create an account.

3. Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with the limits published on the pricing page. After the trial expires, accounts become read-only until a paid subscription is purchased. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. AI Usage

You may bring your own AI provider API key, in which case you pay the AI provider directly and pChisel does not bill for token usage. If you use the platform's AI key, token usage is metered and billed in addition to your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use pChisel to host illegal content, conduct attacks against third parties, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in such activity.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and require re-acceptance on next login.
