What we collect

• Email address and (optional) display name on signup.
• Payment processor data: Stripe handles all card data; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Project files you create — stored on our servers in your account's workspace volume.
• Usage telemetry: which features you use, AI token counts, error logs.
• IP address on sensitive actions (login, signup, password change) for security audit.

What we share

We do not sell user data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) — when you use platform AI, prompts and responses are sent to the relevant provider per their terms.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Law enforcement — only when legally compelled.

Your rights

You may export or delete your account data at any time by emailing the address below. We retain billing records for 7 years as required by tax law; everything else is deleted on request.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (pchisel_session) to keep you logged in, and a CSRF cookie (pchisel_csrf) to protect form submissions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
